About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Management Lead to drive our growth in the private sector. This role requires a strategic, proactive approach to ensure transactions progress smoothly from Heads of Terms to completed leases/purchase agreements, delivering a high-quality EV site pipeline.

  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient site development.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and other relevant legislation.
  • Technical: Work with the Design & Engineering team to help evaluate suitable land parcel opportunities and create initial layout designs ahead of landlord and developer consultation.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other external stakeholders.
  • Internal Relationship Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders in conjunction with the wider internal team as well as the project management team.
  • Documentation: Oversee the preparation and review of all legal documents related to site acquisition and leasing.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with property transactions.
