About the Role

As a key member of our multi-disciplinary health team, you will play a vital role in supporting the healthcare needs of individuals with learning disabilities.
Main Responsibilities
As an Associate Practitioner, you will work under the supervision of registered practitioners to deliver high-quality, efficient, and effective healthcare services to our service users. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing delegated aspects of healthcare delivery, working within a scope of practice that aligns with Southern Health protocols and policies.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality care, with a focus on learning disability support.
- Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Participating in nurse meetings, group supervision, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
