Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our mobile experiences team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process for significant product areas from concept to implementation. You will work closely with top talent, including product managers, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for significant product areas from concept to implementation, understanding technical constraints and spotting opportunities.
  • Perform user research and usability test sessions, and translate insights into design decisions.
  • Work through the entire lifecycle of the project, collaborating closely with product managers, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality design portfolio that showcases your expertise in leading design projects from concept to launch.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in leading design projects from concept to launch.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design decisions and rationale clearly.
  • Craftsmanship: a high bar for craft and quality in your work.
  • Experience in motion and interaction design (advantage).
