About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and flexible Cleaning Operative to join our team at Städar - Cleaning. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients in the Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients, adhering to our company's high standards.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to cover staff holidays, sickness leave, and other absences.
  • Operate a company-provided vehicle, using your full UK driving license, to travel to various locations.
  • Support our Operations Manager in delivering a high standard of cleaning, covering holiday and sickness periods where necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Manual driving license.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
