Project Manager (Construction)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Careers. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design and construction team, liaising with the company director, managing costs, and understanding client and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project costs and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with the company director and other stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the design and construction team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
  • Understand client and customer needs and ensure projects meet their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Good understanding of health and safety legislation.
  • Ability to manage costs and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
