We are seeking experienced Self-Employed Landlord Gas Safety Specialists to work on an ongoing contract with South Ayrshire Council in Ayr, Girvan & Ballantrae.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated Annual Salary: Approximately £27,574 based on 5 Days Work Per Week and £74 per Landlord Gas Safety Check
  • Weekly pay - no chasing invoices
  • Monday to Friday (part-time min. 3 days per week commitment can be accommodated)

Requirements:

  • 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
  • ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
  • Panel Van (plain or sign written)
  • Gas Safe Registration
  • Clean DBS Check
  • No more than 6 points on Driving Licence
  • Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
  • £2m Public Liability Insurance
  • No unspent criminal convictions

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a small radius, with all appointments pre-booked via the client's PDA system.
