Job Description

The Strategic Leader for Integrity Management will lead a team of experts in delivering high-quality services to ensure the safe and reliable operation of energy systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to technical specialists and engineers/consultants
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence in technical delivery and project management
  • Identify needs for service delivery, development, and innovation
Key Accountabilities:
  • Technical Delivery
    • Ensure appropriate systems and processes are in place to deliver work within time to a high standard of quality
    • Drive a culture of excellence in technical delivery and project management
    • Identify needs for service delivery, development, and innovation
  • People Development
    • Sponsor and develop Team Leads, Technical Specialists, and delegate tasks and initiatives appropriately
    • Provide support, management, technical leadership to your team, including mentoring and training
    • Build and strengthen a strong culture based on our Purpose, Vision, and Values (PVV)
  • Commercial/Strategic
    • Work closely with the Head of Department in designing, implementing, and achieving the Department's tactical and annual operating plans
    • Plan, co-ordinate, support, follow-up, and improve the financial performance of the unit to ensure long-term sustainable operations
