The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, including recruitment, stock control, and store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Deputy or Store Manager
  • Lead from the front with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team and creating a fantastic place to shop and work
  • Maximise sales and performance across all primary KPIs
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months hands-on supervisory/management experience in the retail sector
  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Passionate about retail and delivering high standards and great results
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
