Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while also identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a proven track record of success in sales.
About the Role
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
