Job Description:

We are seeking an Aspiring Primary Teacher to join our team at an Outstanding primary school in Wandsworth. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, all while developing the skills essential to a successful teaching career.

The Aspiring Primary Teacher Role:

  • Work closely with experienced educators, supporting children in their learning and development
  • Engage with young learners on an individual basis or in small groups, fostering confidence and academic growth
  • Assist in lesson preparation, classroom management, and daily school activities to enhance your teaching skills
  • Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents in this welcoming school

Requirements:

  • A 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a top 30 UK university
  • Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
  • Passionate, proactive, and enthusiastic about primary education and child development
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to motivate young learners
