{"h1": "Mobile Patrol Business Unit Lead", "p": "We are seeking an experienced individual with strong knowledge of the Security Industry to lead our Mobile Patrol business unit in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Mobile Security Services, including lock and unlock, mobile patrols, and alarm responses.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the P&L of the Mobile Patrol business unit, ensuring all costs are kept to a minimum and the efficiency of the patrol routes maximised.
* Working with the Chief Operating Officer and other members of the Executive team on the strategy to grow the business.
* Ensuring that performance levels are monitored, managed, and communicated to the Mobile Team.
* Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and devising plans to implement these changes.
* Building strong relationships with sub-contractors.
* Ensuring excellent service delivery from the Mobile Team, including accurate reports, all shifts covered correctly, and all staff trained correctly.
* Monitoring and management of all the vehicles.
* Conducting monthly client meetings with Mobile clients and ensuring all commercial proposals are sent in a timely manner and updated once approved.

Requirements:

* SIA License and DBS check.
* UK driving licence with less than 6 current points.
* Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office).
