Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day workshop activities to maintain productivity and efficiency
- Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians to ensure high-quality repairs
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
- Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with department managers to implement quality control procedures
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the auto repair industry
- Strong knowledge of accident repairs, automotive parts, and repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret damage reports and repair estimates
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to automotive repairs
- Experience in managing a team of technicians
