R&D Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized R&D Associate to join our team at Aspire Pharma Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our R&D department with the procurement of R&D samples and reviewing product development reports, analytical data, bioavailability (BA) and bioequivalence (BE) studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Drive and manage projects, coordinating timelines, costs, and archive documents to ensure that studies progress to expected timelines.
- Alliance Management: Create lasting relationships with external partners, collaborating with CMOs, contractors, and developers.
- Communication: Review documents from regulatory affairs, clinical, and marketing, and effectively communicate scientific ideas in written and verbal format.
- Regulatory Affairs: Comply with GMP/GDP/GCP and GXP.
- Quality Policy: Comply with the company Quality policy and internal processes, providing support to the Quality Team in SOPs and managing and controlling R&D sample requests.
