**Job Summary**

We're seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will involve working 39 hours per week over four days, with 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekends. We're open to being flexible and will consider alternative arrangements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver high-quality veterinary care to animals, observing the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
  • Pro-actively support and share clinical best practice within and across practices and the wider Vetisco community.
  • Support nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures, with an understanding of how this contributes to clinic performance and efficiency.
  • Use coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague.

**Requirements**

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
  • Experience of supporting nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures, with an understanding of how this contributes to clinic performance and efficiency.
