We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Business Transformation (Wealth and Asset Management) to join our team at Anson McCade. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the 'BIG four' firms in the financial services industry, helping clients transform their businesses and operating models to remain relevant in a rapidly changing environment.


About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have professional experience in Wealth and Asset management consulting, with a proven track record of delivering large multi-disciplinary technology-enabled programmes within the sector. They will also have a good understanding of the full WAM value chain, as well as traditional asset classes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Management and delivery of challenging, complex client engagements to ensure quality and value to clients;
  • Helping clients navigate the increasingly regulatory environment;
  • Optimising their approach to cyber security controls and risk management;
  • Coaching and developing team members through sharing of experience and knowledge, as well as managing the performance and development of other team members;
  • Project managing engagements to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner;
  • Fee generation through actively identifying and progressing business development opportunities, as well as managing sales activities such as proposal development and client presentations;
  • Contributing to practice management, e.g., knowledge sharing, training, proposition development, and knowledge management;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional experience in Wealth and Asset management consulting;
  • Experience of delivering large multi-disciplinary technology-enabled programmes within the Wealth and Asset Management Sector;
  • A good understanding of the full WAM value chain as well as traditional asset classes;
  • Ability to lead large-scale technology transformation programmes;
  • Proven expertise in Project Management and delivery of projects on time, within scope, and of high quality;

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000 per annum, plus a 10% bonus. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package, including car allowance and hybrid working arrangements.
