About Logistics Reply: We are the Reply Group company specialising in supply chain software. The Role Overview: You will be responsible for the implementation of a customer's requirements within the LEA platform, following closely with the structure of a project. You would workshop and design a solution, implement configurations, test and rollout the system. The suite includes solutions for Warehouse Management (WMS), Supplier Portal ('Scan & Despatch'), Dock Scheduling, Yard Management, Hub and Network, Resource Planning, Last Mile, Dropship (Supplier-Direct Fulfilment), In-Store Picking, Store Logistics (RFID) and End-To-End Visibility.

Client Responsibilities: You will collaborate with Project Managers, technical consultants and developers to ensure the successful delivery of our LEA modules. Support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to go-live. Understand the clients As Is process and work with the client to define a To Be Process. Advise clients on system configuration and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Analyse functional and integration needs, translating them into clear technical documentation.

Training and Quality Assurance: Train clients on system functionality and best practices. Assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to the platform. Manage system changes, including scoping, UAT, and delivery. Plan and execute quality assurance testing for new features.

Go-Live and Post-Implementation Support: Provide hands-on support during go-live to ensure successful adoption. Address client queries and resolve issues promptly. Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
