Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for working on a variety of Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Industrial developments across all RIBA stages with a slight focus on stages 4/5.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on exciting projects, producing working drawings and specifications, and reviewing/editing similar work drafted by others.
  • Create Revit models and lead on projects.
  • Help mentor more junior members of staff and work as part of a wider design and technical team.
  • Produce technical details, creating drawings for planning, building control, and construction issues.
  • Attend client design meetings and ensure all projects are completed to the highest standard.

Requirements
  • Good Revit knowledge and 5+ years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist.
  • Strong technical detailing experience and the ability to work efficiently from home and in the office around the team.
  • Practical knowledge in Building and Planning regulations/procedures and strong interpersonal, communication, and written articulation skills.
  • A team player with the determination to drive projects forward and a competitive salary of up to £50,000 plus a plethora of benefits.
