At The Travel Corporation, we're driven by a passion for service, people, and purpose. As a People & Culture Advisor, you'll play a vital role in fostering open communication, championing best practices, and enhancing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance matters
  • Conduct parental leave consultations, risk assessments, and ergonomic evaluations
  • Lead discussions for performance reviews and development planning
  • Keep updated on employment legislation and update policies as needed
  • Deliver HR training sessions and support the Learning & Development team
  • Promote DEI initiatives and contribute to talent acquisition and retention strategies
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in a People & Culture role, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Passion for creating a positive workplace and contributing to the success of People & Culture initiatives
