Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Baron Court supported living service in Werrington Peterborough. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, while assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
Allocate shifts and ensure the smooth operation of the service
Book training and induct new colleagues
Support with supervision and ensure the people we support are supported to manage their finances
Order medication and ensure the service runs efficiently
We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
