Mobile Cleaning Operative

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our sites in Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of cleaning tasks, including mopping, toilet cleaning, washing walls, vacuuming, emptying bins, and dusting and sanitizing surfaces.
- Operate a range of cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning solutions.
- Work independently, managing your own time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with customers and managers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Drive a company-provided van to travel between sites, with a full UK driving licence and no more than 6 penalty points.
About You
We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, with good written and verbal communication skills. Previous cleaning experience is desired, but not essential. You will be reliable, self-motivated, and have a keen eye for detail. If you are a team player who can work independently and is passionate about delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you.
