  • Conduct monthly reporting and implement actions based on findings.
  • Efficiently process and approve customer invoices.
  • Keep accurate records and databases related to shipping activities.
  • Assist with various administrative and data management tasks.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations, both administratively and operationally.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years' experience working in an operational role within the Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Confident user of MS Office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of EU Customs best practices for import and export is a distinct advantage.
  • Confident on the phone and able to work well within a team.
