We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Special Needs Education Assistant to join our team at Randstad in Darwen, Lancashire. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting students' learning and well-being, ensuring they thrive in a nurturing and secure environment.

Key responsibilities include providing care support as needed, implementing positive behaviour management strategies tailored to each student, and collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging and differentiated educational activities that promote students' holistic development. To be considered for this position, applicants should possess a Level 2 or higher qualification in Support Work for Teaching and Learning, along with a minimum GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above. A valid UK driving license and experience in SEN settings are preferred but not essential.
