About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Weekend Care Assistant. As a Care Companion, you will provide companionship and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care, ensuring clients maintain their independence.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and shopping, using reliable transportation and a full driving license.
  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, showering, and dressing, promoting dignity and respect.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine interest in supporting others.
  • Reliable and organized, with a strong sense of time management and flexibility.
  • UK driving license or suitable means of transportation, with the ability to work alternate weekends.
