The Role

Job Title: Tenancy Support Worker

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We're looking for a Tenancy Support Worker who is committed to providing quality housing related support for people living in our dispersed housing. You will work alongside people, helping them to fulfil their potential and be part of the community they live in.

You will visit people in their home, linking them in with services such as mental health and substance misuse agencies, provide support with paying bills and offering guidance in all things tenancy related.

We're seeking individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and dynamic, solutions focused and have a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives. Experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
