Responsibilities:
- Process payroll cycles efficiently and accurately
- Ensure compliance with all relevant UK payroll legislation and regulations

- Liaise with HMRC and other external bodies regarding payroll-related matters

- Contribute to monthly and annual payroll reconciliations and audit processes
Requirements:
- Payroll qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SdWorx, ADP, SAP)
- In-depth understanding of UK payroll legislation
- Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Well-organised with the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll data
