We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our client's Production team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing production operations, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage shift operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines.
  • Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Monitor production processes, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and production levels.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar production or a related industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety is essential.
  • Industrial or technical managerial expertise required for managing production gained within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with all stakeholders.
About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £42,000 - £43,000 DOE, with an OTE of £46K*. The successful candidate will have approximately 10-15 direct reports.
