What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or an exceptional Commis Chef looking to take the next step in their career. As a passionate and creative individual, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our customers.

  • Proven experience in championing excellent service through quality food.
  • A passion for delivering fantastic food every time, with a focus on consistency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as a hands-on Chef de Partie/Kitchen Supervisor, leading by example and motivating your team to achieve excellence.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing circumstances, with excellent communication skills to collaborate with your team and Head Chef.
  • Opportunity to demonstrate your creativity and ability by contributing to the design and delivery of new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain effective controls on GP and labour.
  • A proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
