Unit Director in Care

As a Unit Manager at HC-One, you will be part of a dedicated team of professionals who share a commitment to delivering exceptional care to vulnerable adults. This is a rewarding role that offers a competitive salary, ranging from £46,000 to £53,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to take ownership of a specific area of the home and ensure seamless operations when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent. You will be responsible for reporting incidents, administering medications, and maintaining resident records.
