About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Lead to join our team at Mercury Hampton Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading manufacturing process improvement initiatives, reviewing and optimizing manufacturing processes, and collaborating with NPD and production teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Review and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Lead Initiatives: Lead manufacturing process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with NPD and production teams to develop and scale up new processes from lab to full production.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain process documentation including P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and SOPs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and excellent leadership skills. You should be able to analyze complex data, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive process improvements.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including progression opportunities and a supportive work environment.
