Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate the implementation of corporate strategy at a regional level to achieve revenue, working capital, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.
* Assist sales and marketing to attract new business opportunities and present Plexus' strategy and capabilities to customers.
* Establish a culture of quality focusing on zero defects while driving continuous improvement incorporating automation, innovation, and safety.
* Evaluate and strengthen the managerial team through effective organizational design and talent development, mentor subordinates, and enhance overall management capabilities.

Requirements:

* Minimum of a(n) MBA or equivalent experience is preferred for this position; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution is required.
* Manufacturing, engineering, materials, sales, financial, and program management experiences and know-how, preferably within the EMS Industry.
