Electrical Installation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Specialist to join our team at West Midlands Electrical Installations Ltd. As an Electrical Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. You will interpret plans and specifications, install equipment, and ensure safety compliance. Your key responsibilities will include working to electrical plans and specifications, leading other engineers and trainees, testing and inspecting completed works, troubleshooting faults, and processing and maintaining paperwork in line with company administration systems. To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience as an electrician, valid qualifications, excellent knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety regulations, and a solid understanding of electrical plans and specifications. You will also need to have a valid driving license and be eligible for a DBS check. If you have the necessary skills and experience, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Working to electrical plans and specifications for lighting, power, fire, and other electrical systems
• Leading other engineers and trainees as and when required
• Testing and inspecting completed works
• Troubleshooting faults
• Processing and maintaining paperwork in line with company administration systems

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an electrician
• Valid qualifications
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety regulations
• Solid understanding of electrical plans and specifications
• Valid driving license
• Eligible for a DBS check
