Job Opportunity for Occupational Therapist

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting OT assessments and interventions, both individually and in group settings
  • Supporting patients in engaging with the therapeutic program, in conjunction with psychology and nursing colleagues
  • Working closely with the OTAs to identify patients' occupational needs
  • Monitoring patients' wellbeing and referring any concerns to senior staff
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in inpatient mental health services or a similar role
  • Ability to take on challenges and demonstrate compassion, enthusiasm, and creativity
  • Understanding of the value of meaningful occupations

The successful Occupational Therapist will receive a competitive salary of £28,407 - £34,581 per annum, DOE. This exciting opportunity offers a permanent full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week. Benefits include:
