Job Overview

This role is part of the Supported Living team, which provides a range of accommodation and floating support services for vulnerable and disadvantaged people.

The successful candidate will ensure that they fully understand and fulfil their responsibilities in respect of Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, and safeguarding at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and monitor the bid management and tender processes to secure new contracts and support the completion of tender and bid processes.
  • Support with the management of contracts to include re-negotiations, variations and price review, to provide clear and financially sound proposals in line with Business Plan targets.
  • Ensure contract management is delivered to a high standard to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, procurement processes and contractual terms.

Salary: £33,250 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

37.5 hours per week

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work under own initiative.

They will also have experience of working within the care and support sector, ideally with Microsoft 365.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with:

  • Experience of writing, reviewing, and submitting technical and detailed tenders, bids, and proposals.
  • Ability to interpret information from various sources and translate this into the desired format for the bid document.
  • Project management skills with an understanding of project delivery and knowledge of budget setting and controls.
