About the Role

Amazon TA is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to join our EMEA transfer pricing team in either London or Luxembourg. This role is focused on supporting Amazon's related party transactions for its core Stores businesses within EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end development, implementation, and monitoring of transfer pricing policies, including planning, implementation, compliance, and defence.
  • Supporting business launches and restructurings, developing new TP policies, financial modelling, and business/asset valuations.
  • Preparing and reviewing inter-company agreements, monitoring TP outcomes compared to policy, and contributing to and reviewing TP documentation.
  • Supporting transfer pricing audits, preparing APA submissions, and managing responses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant professional qualification.
  • Extensive tax/transfer pricing experience, ideally 7 years+.
  • Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national tax department.
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts and tax law.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, informal, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing business environment.
