As a commercial lead on projects, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial success of our projects while adhering to commercial administration procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts.
  • Manage and process payments for specialist subcontracts and key suppliers.
  • Ensure strict compliance with contract terms, conditions, rights, and obligations.
  • Report monthly on the outturn Pain/Gain (if applicable).
  • Coordinate changes or amendments in accordance with NEC 3/4 Option A & C contract.
  • Analyse the impact of changes and assess liability exposure.

Requirements:

  • Highly computer literate, including Microsoft Office.
  • Confident in managing and working with large data sets.
  • Opportunity to spend time in and working closely with other departments.
