Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team on a 12-hour temporary contract. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promoting products and services to customers.
- Maintain a high level of store presentation, including merchandising, stock management, and visual displays.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store, participating in visual merchandising, stockroom organization, and other tasks as required.
