**About the Company**

Established for over 40 years in the lighting industry, On Target Recruitment Ltd is part of a £30 million specialist lighting group. We work with established Retail, Commercial, and Leisure clients to provide bespoke designs, utilizing our UK manufacturing facilities.
**Role of the Sales Engineer**
---------------------------
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling lighting into Retail, Commercial, and Leisure sectors. You will specify with Architects, Designers, End Users, and Contractors to win key projects with renowned clients. This area is performing well, with some key projects/clients.

* Commission paid Quarterly + Annually (circa 20%)

**Ideal Candidate**

You will have a track record of specifying lighting to Architects & Designers and seeing the project through with contractors. You will have a proven track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts. An established lighting sales candidate looking for stability and security with an established manufacturer.
