**Job Summary**

Grandir UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Daventry. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to all staff members and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Promote High Standards of Quality**: Ensure that our nursery meets the highest standards of quality in terms of care and education.
  • **Implement Keycarer Procedures**: Effectively implement our keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
  • **Meet EYFS Requirements**: Ensure that our practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • **Provide Feedback to Parents**: Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
  • **Promote the Nursery**: Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
