Key Responsibilities- Carry out pathway plans reviews, statutory visits, and risk assessments for care experienced young people in Lincolnshire.
- Provide information, advice, guidance, and support with accommodation, health, education, employment, and independent living skills.
- Work in partnership with other agencies to provide information, advice, and guidance on employment, education, and training opportunities.
- Assist specialist workers in supporting care experienced young people to attain their employment, housing, educational, and emotional wellbeing aspirations.
- Knowledge or experience of working with children in care and care experienced young people.
- Presentation of self in a professional manner with a commitment to continued professional development.
- Experience of working with the Signs of Safety programme is desirable.
- Good level of knowledge and competency in the use of IT, including Microsoft programmes and internal platforms and systems.
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a self-managed demanding role, managing own diary, workload, prioritizing tasks, and working under pressure.
