About the Role

This specialist will work closely with stakeholders across the business to build awareness and understanding of Operational Resilience, leading communications and training campaigns at all levels. The successful candidate will also establish collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, helping Service Owners, Resource Owners, and Operational Resilience Coordinators perform their duties in line with regulatory expectations.

The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of the UK Operational Resilience Policy Statements (FCA & PRA) and DORA (EU), as well as experience delivering testing capabilities covering Operational Resilience and Business Continuity. Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, embed, and manage the Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies.
  • Build awareness and understanding of Operational Resilience across the firm.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the delivery of all Operational Resilience testing requirements.
  • Assess vulnerabilities and define remedial actions.

Requirements

  • Detailed knowledge of the UK Operational Resilience Policy Statements (FCA & PRA) and DORA (EU).
  • Experience delivering testing capabilities covering Operational Resilience and Business Continuity.
