This challenging junior position is suitable for a motivated Controls and Instrumentation engineer or C&I technician with some good controls systems or instrumentation experience and functional safety knowledge. The ideal candidate will have experience in large production plant industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, live process plant, nuclear, hazardous live sites, and refinery process plant industries.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Controls Engineering qualifications or Instrument qualifications and memberships
- Some good controls systems experience and knowledge of control & instrumentation design standards
- Working knowledge of instrumentation, instrumentation control, control and instrumentation design, safety instrumented systems design
- Experience or knowledge of Functional Safety Standards IEC 61508, 61511 and Explosive Atmospheres BS EN 60079
