Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our collaborative commercial finance team at Bayman Atkinson and Smythe. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in adding value through the production of consistent and quality monthly management reporting and short and long-term forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with operations staff to produce medium and long-term budgeting and forecasting for the business and upload to our financial system.
• Prepare cost centre reporting and commercial analysis, including monthly sales reporting, price variances, and cost changes.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the main point of contact for finance queries.
• Contribute to year-end reconciliations and other financial tasks as required.

Requirements:

• A qualified finance professional or finalist looking to qualify within 12 months.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support internal stakeholders, including operations and sales teams.
• At least 2 years of management accounts experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and good data analysis abilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to model financial scenarios to support business decisions.
