We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Warner Hotels. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling guest requests.
  • Work collaboratively with the Reception Team to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills.
