Senior Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Alternative Pricing Department (APP) at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our pricing team, you will play a critical role in shaping our pricing strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement pricing models using advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and implement changes.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of pricing changes, from concept to live deployment.
- Work closely with junior analysts to mentor and develop their skills.
- Contribute to the development of our pricing, data, and analytics community, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Proven experience in pricing analysis or a related field, with a strong understanding of data-driven pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience working in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
