About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Holiday Cottage Cleaner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our holiday cottages are clean, well-presented, and welcoming for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare holiday cottages for guests, including thorough cleaning, laundry, and linen changes.
  • Conduct routine health and safety checks to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Report any repairs or maintenance issues to the relevant teams.
  • Organize and manage bookings, including email and phone communication with guests and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery of our holiday experience.
