Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Metal Finisher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cleaning metal surfaces for coating, applying powder coating using spray equipment, and ensuring high-quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and clean metal surfaces for coating.
  2. Apply powder coating using spray equipment.
  3. Inspect coated surfaces to ensure high-quality standards.
  4. Operate and maintain powder coating equipment.
  5. Manage inventory of coatings and supplies.
  6. Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in powder coating or a related field is preferred.
  2. A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Working Hours

The working hours are as follows:

  1. Week 1: Monday to Thursday (7 am - 4:15 pm) and Friday (7 am - 12 pm).
  2. Week 2: Monday to Thursday (7 am - 4:15 pm) with Fridays off.
