Manager of Nuclear Initiatives

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Project Manager to join our team at Tetra Tech. As a key member of our PCM Nuclear department, you will be responsible for managing projects of national importance working closely with our clients and stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in public sector and nuclear projects to drive growth and success in the industry. Reporting directly to our Director for PCM Nuclear, you will have the autonomy to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Develop and execute project plans, conducting regular progress updates and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the nuclear sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
