Estimator/Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Central Scotland.

  • Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best deals.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven estimating experience within a Main Contractor or Sub-Contractor background.
  • Strong knowledge of the Scottish construction market.
  • Experience with Conquest estimating software or similar is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
