A top-tier law firm in Nottingham is seeking a skilled Senior Associate to lead a caseload of complex Court of Protection matters, including advocacy and inquests. The ideal candidate will have experience in health and welfare applications, s21A MCA 2005 challenges, and serious medical treatment applications to the High Court.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of Court of Protection matters, including advocacy and inquests
