Senior Vice President, Strategic Development Program Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our multi-year Payments, Cash, and Custody strategic development program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to modernize and simplify our core custody technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a multi-year strategy to convert from legacy applications to our Transact platform.
- Develop a framework to execute and control end-to-end migration across all teams (IT, Product, GD, Business) for each migration tranche.
- Deliver strong communications plans and utilize influencing skills to garner support and alignment through all stages of the migration lifecycle.
- Organize and support conversion events (dry run, dress rehearsal, go live) ensuring a smooth transition to BAU working across the different business units.
- Proactively mitigate risks, provide solutions, and lead issue resolution.
- Collaborate with other teams to share approaches, develop best practices, and improve team capabilities.
- 5-7+ years operational or project experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Cash/Payment/Banking Platforms is preferred but not required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
